Shipping Policy

We pump the Lactation Products out here at Nursing Mamma and our orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs. Please allow us extra time during high load shedding periods, peak periods and popular product releases.

We are lucky to be working with a speedy courier who delivers super fast and orders generally arrive in 1-4 business days (in majority of cases overnight!). If your order has not arrived after 4 business days, please contact us directly and we will help track your parcel.

*Delivery times may vary as our courier can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control.

Shipping is a R95.00 flat rate with all orders over R1000.00 receiving FREE shipping!

Returns:

We love our Nursing Mammas and want to reassure you that if an item is defective, we will accept a return of the item along with a full refund or replacement. Please let us know of any defective goods within 3 days of receipt of purchase.

All refunds completed through Payfast will be less Payfast’s fees as this is charged to us regardless of whether your order is refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind after purchase. Maybe a fellow milking mumma might appreciate some cookie goodness? Nursing Mamma products make great gifts!
